If you receive a C100 application, it means the Applicant is seeking a court order regarding the arrangements for your child/children such as a ‘live with order’ a ‘spend time with order’ or other specific issues. You will need to acknowledge receipt of the application, usually by completing a C7 form. It is advisable to seek legal advice upon receipt of a C100 application.
